They tirelessly make sure orders are accurate, delivered on time, perform specification research, ensure product quality control, pay the bills and support the Designers and Specifiers in countless ways so they can focus on their clients.

Jen Grant

Business Development

A true Colorado native, Jen grew up in the family plumbing business. She pairs her 15 years of experience with decorative plumbing, tile and door hardware with her empathy and listening skills to help others find what they want and need for both residential and commercial projects. As a wife and mother of 2 rambunctious children and a hilarious dog, Jen enjoys family time, painting, fishing and playing in the Colorado wilderness.

Jen Grant

Business Development

A true Colorado native, Jen grew up in the family plumbing business. She pairs her 20 years of experience with decorative plumbing, tile and door hardware with her empathy and listening skills to help others find what they want and need for both residential and commercial projects. As a wife and mother of 2 active children and a hilarious dog, Jen enjoys family time, painting, fishing and playing in the Colorado wilderness.

Tara Sergo

Designer

After Tara received her engineering degree she fell into the bicycle industry where a few years ago, she decided it was time to explore her creative brain and fulfill her long time interest in interior design. As you can imagine she is detail oriented and a very good listener. She is able to use her background to solve problems and create dynamic kitchens that fit the needs of her clients and the home.

Gina Petty

Showroom

Gina specializes in interior space planning with an emphasis in kitchen and bath design. She enjoys taking a project from conception to completion with attention to detail, bringing a clients dream to reality. She has a degree in environmental design.

Kevin Welch

Specifier

Kevin’s clients appreciate working with him because of his extensive product knowledge, great listening skills, and ability to manage complex details. He works closely with homeowners, contractors, and designers to select and specify decorative plumbing, door hardware, and tile. He is very conscientious and focuses on the many details that

are critical to ensuring a smooth project. In his free time Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, playing music, and trail running.

Mike Boylston

Specifier

After studying solar energy in college, Mike worked for a small solar firm before spending a dozen years as a carpenter and woodworker (and ski bum) in Sun Valley, Idaho. This construction background has been an asset throughout his many years in Boulder specifying plumbing, door hardware and cabinets for contractors and clients.

For fun he skis, hikes and plays drums in a wedding band.

Tara comes to us from the bicycle industry, where a few years ago she decided it was time to explore her creative brain and fulfill her long time interest in interior design. As you can imagine she is detail oriented and a very good listener. She is able to use her background to solve problems and create dynamic kitchens that fit the needs of her clients and the home.

Abbey Jennings

Showroom

Abbey studied Commercial Art and Public Relations, but spent the bulk of her career as a fine artist. With a passion for people, she transitioned out of her painting studio and into the art of sales by doing custom framing design, and was soon invited to become a sales rep for the same industry. At Confluence, Abbey applies her creativity in the kitchen and bath arena by introducing customers to the dynamic sales team when they visit the showroom, and assists with design and sales as needed. For fun, Abbey teaches human potential using the Human Design System, loves writing, being in a wild landscape, and swing dance.

Kris Mahar

Specifier

Kris is an experienced specifier and designer. Her knowledge of the latest trends and new materials has allowed her to create personalized spaces for her clients that are attractive and functional. She appreciates individual styles and will guide you in the selection process of materials along with design options while helping you budget wisely. Her clients appreciate her skills in listening, creativity and thoroughness which allows them to achieve the bathroom or project of their dreams.

 

A native Bostonian, Kris came to vacation in Colorado and never left. She lives in Lafayette with her husband, 3 children.
